City Alerts Ambulances Emergency Services in Strategic Locations

Jakarta Health Agency has alerted ambulances around traffic light and strategic locations spread over five regions of Jakarta.

According to Iwan Kurniawan, Head of Emergency Ambulance Technical Unit, it aimed to improve the alertness in serving medical emergencies in Jakarta.

"Thereby we can quickly emergency service actions in the field," he expressed, Wednesday (11/25).

His party alerted between 12-15 units in each region. They were docked and alert at traffic lights, protocol roads or other strategic locations during the morning or afternoon rush hour.

"They returned to the post in about two hours while awaiting further instructions. They are on standby at Puskesmas, RSUD, private hospital, police station, including the apartment in coordination with K3. But the command control is still at the emergency ambulance (AGD) technical unit," he explained.

As for the information, the service is available at Jalan Letjend Suprapto, Jalan DI Panjaitan, Jalan Pademangan, Jalan MT Haryono, Jalan Kolonel Sugiono, Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Jalan Kartini Raya, Jalan Merdeka, Jalan Raya Cilincing, Jalan Perniagang, Jalan Pemuda, Jalan Perniagang, Jalan Kembangan Raya, Jalan Sudirman, Jalan Aipda KS Tubun, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Jalan Masjid At Taqwa, Jalan RE Martadinata and Jalan Pegangsaan Dua.
