Until November, South Jakarta Tax Revenue Exceeds Rp 28.3 Trillion

From January to November 2020, South Jakarta collected tax revenue Rp 28.3 trillion from 13 taxes. While target for this year is Rp 32.4 trillion.

South Jakarta Regional Tax and Levy Sub-agency Head, Hendarto conveyed, his side continues to optimize tax revenue by implementing online system and eliminating late tax penalties to ease burden on business entities and individual taxpayers (WP).

"We will optimize our work for achieve our tax revenue target until the end of this year," he stated, Tuesday (12/15).

Thousand Islands' Tax Revenue Reaches Rp 21.08 Trillion

From total Rp 28.3 trillion, his side obtained Rp 7.1 trillion from vehicle tax (PKB), Rp 3.3 trillion from vehicle-ownership transfer fee (BBNKB), Rp 910.6 billion from motor vehicle fuel tax (PBBKB), Rp 68.5 billion from groundwater tax (PAT), Rp 676.9 billion from hotel tax, and Rp 1.7 trillion from restaurant tax.

Next, Rp 213.3 billion from entertainment tax, Rp 727.4 billion from billboard tax, Rp 715 billion from streetlight tax (PPJ), Rp 310.2 billion from parking tax, Rp 3.7 trillion from Acquisition Duty of Right on Land and Building (BPHTB), Rp 651.2 trillion from cigarette tax, and Rp 8.11 trillion from Land and Building Tax of Urban and Rural Sector (PBB-P2).

He encouraged taxpayers both individual and business entities to pay local taxes before the specified maturity date.

"We hope all taxpayers can fulfill their tax obligations," he mentioned.
