The Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Agency is holding the second stage of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Food and Beverage Entrepreneurs, which will take place on June 15 to 18.

It is held in the PPKUKM Agency's Handicraft and Textile Industry Unit Hall and is participated by 30 Jakpreneurs from five urban cities.
The menu materials given include making various pies, breads and toasts of various flavors; cheesecake biscoff roll; klepon roll; cream liners; rice bowls; fish salted eggs; barbeque sauce chicken; and beef broccoli.

She explained those who already have a business in the food sector need to be given additional skills in order to expand their business. It was not only presenting contemporary and familiar culinary in the community, but also healthy.
"By so, it is capable of improving their knowledge and skills. Most participants today are women in the culinary field," she closed.
