The School Transportation Management Unit (Upas) for Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is preparing an emergency quarantine room for people without Covid-19 symptoms. This room can also be used for local residents while waiting for a referral to a hospital.

Upas Head, Ali Murthadho said that it was prepared on the ground floor of the employee mess on Jalan Raya Pondok Gede, Dukuh, Kramat Jati. There were foam mattresses, dispensers, refrigerators, televisions, internet networks, air conditioners and fans. It was also equipped with a pantry, a bathroom, a place for ablution and a prayer room.

Kramat Jati Sub-district Head, Eka Darmawan who also serves as Covid-19 Task Force Chairman, appreciated it.
"We'll announce this news to our urban village head and residents soon," he concluded.
