Sacrificial Animals Inspection in Thousand Islands will Be Carried Out on D-1 of Eid al-Adha

Thousand Islands Maritime Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency will intensify sacrificial animals inspection on D-1 of Eid al-Adha 1442 Hijri or on July 19, 2021.

This year, there are 10 locations that will carry out sacrificial animals slaughtering

Thousand Islands KPKP Sub-agency Head, Devi Lidya mentioned, inspection on sacrificial animals will be carried out in departure and arrival docks in Thousand Islands.

"This pattern is carried out because there is no shelter to sell sacrificial animals in Thousand Islands," she conveyed, Friday (7/16).

9,910 Sacrificial Animals in South Jakarta are Declared Healthy

This year, there are 10 locations that will carry out sacrificial animals slaughtering, namely Al-Ikhsan Mosque on Untung Jawa Island, Al-Ikhlas Mosque on Pari Island, Assa'adah Mosque on Lancang Island, Tidung Island Multipurpose Building, and Panggang Island volleyball court.

Then, Al-Makmuriyah Mosque on Pramuka Island, Kelapa Island soccer field, Al Jannatun Naim Mosque on Kelapa Dua Island, plastic waste processing site on Harapan Island, and Nurul Bahri Mosque on Sebira Island.  

"Sacrificial animals slaughtering must comply with COVID-19 health protocol which refers to Jakarta Gubernatorial Instruction No, 43/2021 on Control of Sacrificial Animals Slaughtering on Eid al-Adha 1442 H/2021 M in COVID-19 Pandemic and Thousand Islands Regent's Instruction No. 251/2021 concerning Control on Sacrificial Animals Shelter, Trading, and Slaugthering on Eid al-Adha 1442 Hijri in COVID-19 period.
