North Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency Head, Harlem Simanjuntak stated, in this traffic engineering, vehicles from Jalan Lodan Raya and Jal an Gunung Sahari that lead to Tanjung Priok are diverted.

Vehicles from Jalan Lodan Raya and Jalan Gunung Sahari that lead to Tanjung Priok or Kemayoran are diverted to Jalan Ancol Timur through Ketel Bridge or Ancol Steam Power Plant (PLTU) and returned to Jalan RE. Martadinata.

"Traffic flow for vehicles from Tanjung Priok that lead to Gunung Sahari or Jalan Lodan Raya is still normal. This traffic engineering is valid from September 9, 2021 until the end of December," he said, Friday (9/10).

He appealed motorists to avoid roads around the location and look for alternative routes to avoid congestion.

"We deploy at least two personnel on the field in collaboration with Polantas to help regulate the traffic and direct the motorists," he mentioned.
