Don't Forget Online Seaweed Processing Training in Thousand Islands Tomorrow

People who want to take part in learning can join us

Thousand Islands Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency is about to launch an Online Training on Seaweed Processing Techniques to Add Economic Value on Friday (11/5) tomorrow starting at 1 PM.

For those of you, especially Jakpreneur who want to take part in the training, you can access it via Zoom with Meeting ID: 3221618715 with Passcode: SDKPKP1000.

Thousand Islands KPKP Sub-agency Head, Devi Lidya said, it was aimed at improving Jakpreneur's capacity and skills in processing seaweed, which is one of the mainstay commodities of the Thousand Islands community.

"We have 327 assisted Jakpreneurs, however, we do not limit the number of participants. People who want to take part in learning can join us," she expressed, Thursday (11/4).

To maximize the training, there would be Jakpreneur assistants in every urban village and residential island.

"Hopefully, it can improve Jakpreneur's competence, add to the economic value of the product and can improve the welfare of residents in Thousand Islands," she hoped.
