Central Jakarta Nakertrans Launches Culinary Training for Economic Recovery

Collaborating with PT Bank DKI, the Central Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy launched a culinary training for making Quiche Lorraine and Pempek (fish cake) in the Regional I Education Sub-agency Meeting Room, Central Jakarta Mayor's Office, Jalan Tanah Abang I No. 1, Gambir, on Thursday (11/25).

"During PPKM Level 1, we conduct it offline. But we only welcome about 20 people from eight sub-district thus they can be more maximal following it and can be practiced directly with the chef," he expressed.

"We also present Central Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman, Ucu Jamilah here. We're happy with this training where it can create new entrepreneurs who excel and are able to produce quality products that will ultimately improve the economy in Central Jakarta, including creating new jobs," she said.
In the future, he added, there would be other culinary training with different collaborators to always work together in advancing the community's economy, especially in Central Jakarta area.
