Puddles in Tegal Alur and Kamal Surut Have Receded Completely

It's dry now. The water recedes quickly after being sucked up by the mobile pump

The puddles, which had hit several areas in Tegal Alur and Kamal areas, Kalideres, West Jakarta, have now completely receded.

But, until now, one mobile pump is still being alerted on the Jalan Manyar Bridge, Kamal to anticipate the next inundation due to high rainfall.

Jakarta Keeps Distributing Aid for Flood Victims

Based on Beritajakarta.id observations, the receding inundation is seen on Jalan Prepedan Raya, RW 09 and RT 13, 14 and 08/01, Tegal Alur. This means that the riders can already pass the road.

Ramli, a resident of RT 13/01, Tegal Alur admitted, inundated in his region had started receding gradually since 3 PM yesterday.

"It's dry now. The water recedes quickly after being sucked up by the mobile pump," he expressed, Friday (1/21).

West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency Head, Purwanti explained, inundated as high as 60 cm on Jalan Perpedan and Manyar Raya had receded since 11 PM yesterday.

"The puddles on the two roads, including its neighborhoods have receded completely," he stated.
