According to Fredy Setiawan, Secretary of East Jakarta administration, the activities were limited only to outdoor sports in that the officers would close the Jalan Pemuda access, starting from the Arion traffic light to the Pulo Gadung TU Gas intersection.

"Besides improving air quality, this is also to provide space for community activities. They can do sports in the CFD area,' he explained.
He asserted that every participant should comply with Covid-19 health protocols during the CFD. The Satpol PP would also be alerted at every entry to CFD to check participants' body temperatures using a thermal gun.
"If this goes well, we will involve elements of the community and MSMEs to participate for the sake of economic revival and people's welfare," he concluded.
