Jakarta Photography Competition, Don't Miss it!Jakarta Kominfotik Agency's Public Communication Division Head Nuruning Septarida explained the workshop aimed to increase participants' knowledge and skills in photography.
Including encouraging the young photographers to be more serious in exploring photography, especially urban photography.
"This workshop is held to attract young photographers and photography communities to participate in the Color of Jakarta Photography Competition," she added, Tuesday (6/7).
According to her, the diversity and uniqueness of Jakarta could be seen as an interesting and meaningful object for documentation. However, the lack of knowledge in photography could make the results of photo shots less optimal and less precise than the intended purpose of the photos.
"Therefore, the workshop is held to broaden knowledge and develop techniques in photography. Besides, it can also encourage people to see directly the development of Jakarta through photographic works," she stated.
