DPD member who is also Jakarta Senator Fahira Idris appreciates the Jakarta administration's policy regarding the impact of changing dozens of street names in Jakarta with the names of Betawian and Jakartan figures. According to her, its impact had been studied deeply. the administration has been providing door-to-door services for those affected by the gradual change of street names starting on Wednesday (6/29).
"The service moves every day to reach residents. So, to hinder unwanted things, the impact has also been anticipated as the name change policy is rolled out," she explained, in a written statement received by Beritajakarta.id, Thursday (6/30).

After changing the residence document, they could gradually replace other documents according to service needs. Changing street names with names of Betawian and Jakartan figures was a necessity.
