Cipayung Sub-district Head, Penanggaran Ritonga said that the activity refers to East Jakarta Mayor Instruction number e-0003/SE/2022 on the Implementation of the 2022 World Cleanup Day (WCD) Peak Event at the East Jakarta City Level.
"I thank and appreciate the local RT/RW administrators and the 200 residents who participated in this activity," he expressed, after he opened the activity.

"We also urge residents to intensify the waste sorting program in a bid to minimze the volume of waste disposed of at the Bantar Gebang Landfill," he explained.

"PPSU personnel bring them to the temporary waste disposal site to be disposed of at the Bantar Gebang," he explained.
It was also held to motivate and encourage residents to care about waste and keep the environment clean.

As for the information, the leisurely walking route and picking up trash starts from the parking area of a shopping center on Jalan Raya Cilangkap, exactly opposite Agro Wisata Cilangkap.
Participants then crossed Jalan Raya Cilangkap, Jalan Giri Kencana, and Jalan Arta Kencana.
