Governor Anies Appreciates Jakarta Collaboration Festival for City Progress

The Jakarta administration held a Collaboration Festival with the theme 'Exploring Jakarta's Space and Time at Fatahillah Park, Kota Tua tourist area, Taman Sari, West Jakarta, Sunday (10/2) night.

It was attended by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and his partner Ahmad Riza Patria together with all collaborators who over the last five years have participated in the development of Jakarta. It was also a night of appreciation for collaborators who had worked together to build and transform the city of Jakarta.
Several local bands also enlivened it, namely Kahitna, Budi Doremi, Axl Idol, and the Keroncong Tugu group.

"We believe this collaboration will continue going forward, as we complement each other," he expressed.
He went on to say that collaboration from the community side has innovation, creativity, breakthrough, ideas, networking, and practical experience. While the city also has the fiscal capacity, authority, and accumulated experience.
"If they are realized, the breakthrough will benefit Jakartans. And this city will continue to create innovation and progress through a collaborative process," he continued.
"Alhamdulillah (thank God), Jakarta is getting better day by day. It's not because of one or two people, but the colossal work of all parties together," he stressed.
He added that the administration gave plaques of appreciation to 480 collaborators.
"The plaques given are not seen as mere paper, but in it is a collection of sweat, energy, and time spent for Jakarta," he added.
He was grateful that Jakarta was increasingly on par with other global cities in the world thus collaboration should not stop and invited collaborators to continue to support the administration in the form of thoughts and ideas to advance the city.
"We have prepared a platform http://www.plus.jakarta.go.id to share and convey ideas for a more developed city," he said.
