The Central Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Sub-agency is about to make a total renovation on the Cempaka Sari Coached Location (Lokbin), Kemayoran.
Central Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-agency Head, Derliana Melinda Sagala said the Cempaka Lokbin would be renovated totally, as the building was quite apprehensive and made sellers and visitors uncomfortable.

According to her, it would be realized through a third party with an open auction system. During the renovation process, traders would only be shifted to another place, instead of being relocated.
"Lokbin has two floors, thus traders only shift to another location temporarily," he explained.
Thus far, there have been around 125 traders inside the Lokbin who sell wet food such as vegetables, chicken, fish, and so on.
