The water channel dredging work on Jalan Pamekasan to Jalan Imam Bonjol, Menteng, Central Jakarta, which started on January 6, 2023, has been completed.
Menteng Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit Head, Yopi Maidiza Siregar expressed that the dredging on the channel as wide as 300 meters, 80 centimeters wide, and 160 centimeters high involved 15 personnel.

).He uttered that the total mud removed from the channel was up to 24 cubic meters. Afterward, the mud then disposed to Ancol coal-fired power plant (PLTU), North Jakarta.
"The work is completed already. Hopefully, it can increase the water-holding capacity when it rains," he stated.
