"He moved quickly, thus crucial problems could be handled quickly. From a development perspective, such as efforts to deal with traffic jams and floods, it will take time because there is infrastructure that must be built. However, the plans and targets have become clearer and more measurable," he explained.
According to him, public services related to the population are also getting better and even getting an award from the central government.
"Residents certainly want services that are easy, fast, and free of illegal levies. This is realized with the use of technological developments," he explained.
He added the ease of doing business, especially for business actors, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) also received a good portion of attention.
"Through the convenience of public services in the ease of doing business, the people's economy in Jakarta continues to grow," he added.
Regarding public services that absorb aspirations, complaints or reports from residents, the Jakarta Provincial Government has also provided various channels that make it easier for the community.
"There is the JAKI application and various other complaint channels. The offline and online report methods can be chosen by residents," he stated.
