After being delayed for two months, hundreds of householders (KK) will occupy Tambora flats (Rusunawa) on upcoming Tuesday (2/24) on Jalan Angke Raya, Tambora, West Jakarta.

The flat will be inaugurated directly by Jakarta governor on upcoming Tuesday since the physical construction has 100 percent done and it can be occupied immediately

"The flat will be inaugurated directly by Jakarta governor on upcoming Tuesday since the physical construction has 100 percent done and it can be occupied immediately," said Ika Lestari Aji, Jakarta Housing and Government Building Department Head, Sunday (2/22).

The first flat that equipped with elevator in capital was built 16 floors consisting of 551 units. Furthermore, the occupants should pay Rp 458 thousand per month for the rental price including elevator and park maintenance.

"That is the lowest rental price, because the Jakarta Provincial gives subsidy until 80 percent per unit," added Aji

Aji uttered, the flat's occupant should pay the rental price using auto debit through Bank DKI account. Moreover, her side will ask Bank DKI to install ATM machine at the flats to facilitate the occupants. 

According to Aji, her side will hold routine monitoring to prevent the flat misuse and give firm sanction to the offenders.

Aji continued, as many as 477 units will be occupied by old flat occupants, then 74 other will be given for the citizens who affected by Jakarta Provincial Programs.
