Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat gives a deadline about two months to his staff to resolve the 6,096 findings related to financial report in Jakarta Provincial Government. These findings were found by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in 2004 until 2014.
We hope our staff could resolve the findings within two months. This is a must. If the loss is repaid, the shortcomings must be refined in its administration
"We hope our staff could resolve the findings within two months. This is a must. If the loss is repaid, the shortcomings must be refined in its administration," said Djarot, at City Hall, Wednesday (2/25).
He is optimistic the findings would be resolved as targeted and should be done carefully. Moreover, it has been too long and is worried the concerned officials have retired or died.
BPK Penabur Students to Be Relocated"This is very serious. We're trying to resolve because of the agency found such findings in 2004. We do not want the same thing happens in 2015," he stressed.
On the other hand, Jakarta Inspectorate Head, Lasro Marbun disclosed from 6,096 findings, 4,642 of them were already resolved. And the remaining 1,163 findings are still under completion process. That would mean, 291 other findings have not been resolved.
"Our homework, only leaving 291 findings," he explained.
According to him, some findings are being processed. Even, several units were already completed, but it is not yet reported. Target completion takes two months, he explained, because the financial report should be sent to the agency in the upcoming July. Hopefully, there are no other problems when the report is sent.
"The most regional working unit (SKPD), is Regional Financial Management Body (BPKD). This is because there is asset management and third-party liabilities that are not collectible," he disclosed.
