The uproar happened in a mediation meeting concerning the 2015 City Budget (APBD) between Jakarta Provincial Government with Legislative Council (DPRD) in the office of Home Ministry, Thursday Afternoon (3/5).

Relaying on Beritajakarta.com’s watchlist, the meeting was held in room of the Sasana Bhakti Praja on the 3rd floor of Building C around 9.30 AM. A number of officials attended the meeting, namely Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama and Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat and five legislative heads.
The meeting was led by General Secretary and General Directorate of Finance for Home Ministry due to Home Minister, Thahjo Kumolo did not attend.

He promised to publish meeting videos to public sooner. He described the chaos between his party and legislative in the meeting.
“Mr. Taufik (Deputy Chairman) asks to stop the meeting. But, Legislative Chairman and I were given chance to stop closing words,” he expressed, at City Hall, Thursday (3/5).
He added his party submitted the meeting results to Home Minister, Tjahjo Kumolo. "Whatever the result is, we remain to wait for the ministry's decision," he uttered.
