The North Jakarta Administration s committed to continuously improve the quality of public services, including by forming a community satisfaction survey implementation team.

The statement above was conveyed after the North Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim received the 2023 Public Service Implementation Compliance Assessment Team of the Ombudsman of Indonesia Representative in Jakarta in the Fatahillah Room of the Mayor's Office, Monday (8/7).
His party had issued Decree Number E. 0066/2022 on the team implementing the control and evaluation of public services, as a form of seriousness in improving the quality of service to the community.

His party had also held an integrated public service complaints and consultation facility.
He cited the PTSP PM Unit has an innovative telecommunication service licensing consultation (KOPILATE), the Social Agency Office with online rehabilitation innovations (REHSOLINE) and the Population and Civil Registration Office with an innovative population and civil registration information system through a link (SIKELINK).
Then the North Jakarta Education Region I Sub-agency has the innovation SILADU (Integrated Service System), Education Region II Sub-Agency with SIPERAH (Friendly, Trustworthy, and Reliable Education Service System), Penjaringan Sub-district Health Center with E-CATIN (Online Registration for Bride and Groom Health Examination), and Tanjung Priok Sub-district Health Center which has the KETAPANG KUNING innovation (Family Food Security Overcoming Stunting).
He went on to say that these efforts had improved public services in North Jakarta for the better and increased public trust. It was marked by the acquisition of a community satisfaction index score with a very good predicate and being one of the best in Jakarta.
"Hopefully, the presence of the team can provide positive input for a better service, thus it can provide more benefits," he asserted.
Ombudsman Assistant, Turut Tarida Widyaningrum said her party would be on duty for three days in North Jakarta to ensure that public services run well.
She also appreciated the commitment and hard work of the North Jakarta Administration in making various improvements to improve public services.
"That's why, we need commitment from all to make it easier for the public to simplify it," he stated.
