Entering the 2023 Christmas holiday season, thousands of tourists visit Ragunan Zoo (TMR), Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.
Based on the data of Beritajakarta.id, until 1 PM, most visitors come using motorcycles. The number of two-wheeled vehicles entering the zoo parking area was recorded at 16,457 units.

"The zoo is open from 6.30 AM to 5 PM. We're adding parking space inside," he explained.
During national holidays, the zoo operations continue to run following Gubernatorial Regulation number 7/2014 on Holidays for Animals at the TMR.
Even so, his party ensured that they continued to provide additional vitamins and food for the animals to strengthen their immune system.
"I also urge tourists to prepare rain gear and continue to apply health protocols when in crowds," he stressed.
Rofi (36), a visitor of TMP from Pandeglang, Banten admitted he deliberately brought family members along for recreation at TMR this Christmas holiday season.
Besides being able to buy tickets at affordable prices, the tourist attraction can also be a means of education for children.
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God), the development of facilities and services is very good here. Of course, many animals can improve our children's knowledge and insight," he added.
