The commitment above received an award from the Kemenpan-RB as one of 14 OPDs within the Jakarta Provincial Government, which is in the best category in providing public services. The award was officially received by Ciracas Sub-agency Head, Yus Wil Rasyid at a hotel in Central Jakarta yesterday.

Aside that, the office was designed to be disability friendly, by providing parking facilities for disabled drivers, access roads, toilets, breastfeeding areas, and adequate space for people with disabilities.
Intermediate Policy Analyst Assistant Deputy for Public Service Policy Strategy Formulation Deputy, Ari Samson explained the activity was in the context of socializing public service policies as an implementation of Law Number 25/2009 on public services.
Generally, the assessment of public services was based on six indicators. Among them were service policy, HR professionalism, information system management, and community satisfaction surveys.
