Residents Attack Bulog Cheap Market at Pasar Minggu

Residents attacked the Logistics Business Entity Action to Secure Prices (Bulog SIAGA) program held in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta, Friday (2/23).

It's not bad. This price is cheaper than the market

As experienced by Ami (52), a resident of RW 07, Pejaten Timur. She was very happy with this cheap rice program considering the price of rice on the market is currently soaring.

"It's not bad. This price is cheaper than the market. Hopefully, cheap rice programs like this will be a routine agenda. Moreover, Ramadan will be entering soon," he expressed.

Jakarta Provincial Government Continues Cheap Market Program

The same statement also came out from Salim Juliadi (64), a resident of Jagakarsa. He appreciated the government's role in helping the community at a time when food prices were soaring, especially rice.

He explained this program should be evenly distributed to target more people in each urban village, as it seemed that within a few hours, the rice had been sold out by residents.

"Thank God, I came from Jagakarsa to get a pack of Food Supply and Price Stabilization (SPHP) rice. Thank you to those who have played a role in this program," he explained.

Pasar Minggu Sub-district PPKUKM Executing Unit Head, Fajar Fadriansyah explained the Bulog SIAGA program provided 300 packs of SPHP rice for Rp 53,000 per pack

Currently, the average price of rice on the market is Rp 70,000 to Rp 100,000 per five kilograms.

"Today, I saw that the MSMEs were very happy to get SPHP rice from the Bulog SIAGA program," he admitted.
