Jakarta's Anniversary, TMII Offers Many Interesting Promos and Events

The Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta, offers various promos and interesting events that visitors can enjoy in order to welcome Jakarta's 497th anniversary and the school holidays.

TMII President Director, Intan Ayu Kartika said she was offering a special promo of buy one get one free entry ticket. Then, for public entertainment, there would be a crocodile bread procession, an ondel-ondel puppet dance, a stand-up comedy, and many more.

Then, to welcome the school holiday week, TMII is about to hold a Kumpul Bocah Festival (children's gathering), from June 22 to July 7. This event will feature various series of events such as the Natsu Matsuri (Japanese Summer Festival) which presents Bon Odori (Traditional Japanese Dance), Taiko (Drum Beating) Performances, Omikoshi Parade (Portable Shrine Procession) and taking photos with cosplayers of your favorite characters.

There will also be a Children's Festival, Cultural Performances, and many more activities that will make the school holidays at TMII exciting.

TMII's Public Relations Section Head, Novera Mayang Sari added that with this series of interesting promotions and events, her party wanted to share the joy and excitement with the people of Jakarta.

Even, starting from June 1 to July 31, visitors can get discounts when purchasing bundled tickets consisting of TMII entrance tickets and cable car tickets.

For visits on weekdays, the ticket price is from Rp 85,000 to Rp 70,000. Then on weekends or national holidays, ticket prices drop from Rp 95,000 to Rp 80,000. This promotion applies to online and offline purchases.

Besides bundled tickets, there are also special cable car promotions. By just paying once for Rp 100,000, visitors can ride the cable car as many times as they want during the promo period, starting from June 7 to July 31. This promo applies to purchases directly on the spot and ticket prices apply per person.

Meanwhile, for museum lovers, TMII also provides promo bundles for entrance tickets to the Indonesian Museum, Contemporary Art Gallery, and Heritage Museum for only Rp 40,000 from June 15 to July 15.
