Jakarta Transportation Agency's Road Transport Management Unit keeps improving its service for community by improving supporting facilities of Senen and Tanjung Priok Bus Terminals. The improvements aim to improve passenger comfort and attract more potential passengers.

Jakarta Transportation Agency's Road Transport Management Unit Head, Syamsul Mirwan, said several new facilities at Senen Bus Terminal are being constructed including bigger praying room and more comfort waiting room.
He added receptionist desk amd modern backdrop will be added to waiting room of Senen Bus Terminal.
Kampung Rambutan Terminal Prepares Luggage Storage Facilities"We construct praying room and improve the waiting room. The entrance design will be equipped with a membrane roof. There are no facilities like that before," Syamsul said, Wednesday (10/23).
He explained that the praying room will be constructed bigger than before.
"Senen Bus Terminal is one of the main transit hubs in Jakarta, serving many passengers everyday," he explained.
Meanwhile, the construction at Tanjung Priok Bus Terminal is focused on renovating bigger mosque.
"Our focus is turning small praying house into mosque," he added.
According to him, a passenger terminal must meet a number of standard indicators to ensure the feasibility of its facilities. He stated that the process of repairing these service facilities is targeted to be completed in November 2024.
He hopes that this development and improvement can meet these standards and provide comfort for passengers.
"Jakarta Transportation Agency hopes the improvements will increase the comfort and attractiveness of the bus terminals as well as provide better experience for passengers," he stated.
