Some 330 public order violators in South Jakarta stood speedy trials for the minor offense commonly referred to as tipiring at the South Jakarta District Court from January to December 2024.
Hopefully, the same case won't happen again
"There are eight sessions throughout 2024," expressed South Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Rahmat Efendi, Wednesday (1/15).
He explained those on trial were subject to fines for violating Bylaw Number 8/2007 on Public Order. He added that from the trial results, a fine of Rp 83,670,000 was found. Then, there are also court costs of Rp 1,425,000 and default costs of Rp 35,295,000.
