The Amurva Bhumi Temple (Hok Tek Tjeng Sin), located on Jalan Prof Dr Satrio, Karet Semanggi Urban Village, Setiabudi Sub-district, South Jakarta is preparing to welcome worshippers who will celebrate the Chinese New Year 2576 Kongzili, Wednesday (1/29).

Amurva Bhumi Temple Daily Manager, Kristanto said that at the location, cleaning would be done to create a sense of comfort for visitors to the temple.

"This is our agenda one week before the celebration," he expressed, Tuesday (1/21).

It was focused on the temple's Buddha statue, the floor and walls, including painting in some parts of the temple.

Then, at 7 PM, there would be a Cap Jie Gwee Jie Sah Toepokong service.

"Predictably, there will be 500-1,000 visitors attending every day. Hopefully, this year's Chinese New Year will be even better, especially in maintaining religious harmony," he closed.
