Area Arrangement on Jalan Warakas I Completed

The first semester prime area arrangement on Jalan Warakas I, Gang 5, RT 08/01, Warakas Urban Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta has been completed.

Warakas Urban Village Head, Ahmad Surya Kusuma said the arrangement started on February 19.

"The work includes greening, painting and making murals, road repairs and public street lighting," he said, Monday (3/24).

Prime Area Arrangement on Jalan Taman Sawo Reaches 95 Percent

Surya explained the arrangement run along 100 meters also involved personnel of North Jakarta Environmental Sub-agency, City Park and Forestry Sub-agency, Water Resources Sub-agency, PPSU, RT/RW, and residents.

"Now the work has been completed according to the target by end of March. The area looks cleaner, tidier, and more beautiful," he added.

Surya hopes residents may also maintain and take care the area.

"I'm glad to see children playing snake and ladders mural," he continued.

Meanwhile, one of local residents, Rahayu (23) admitted happy and appreciate the arrangement run by local urban village together with related regional working units.

"Our environment becomes more beautiful and tidier. We'll maintain the area well," she admitted.
