Jakarta Deputy Governor, Rano Karno, revealed that the Torch Parade Carnival welcoming Muharram on Saturday (7/5) will be a trial run for the Car Free Night program.

Besides the parade, there would be religious musician Opick and the band Gigi, as well as hosts Maudy Kusnadi and Mandra.
Then the next day, Sunday (7/6), the event would continue with the Cultural Carnival during Car Free Day (CFD).
There would be around 10,000 artists and cultural figures. It would take place from early morning around 7 AM until noon.
"So, please bring your children and grandchildren to central Jakarta. The first is on Saturday to celebrate Muharram, and the second on Sunday morning," he said.
