Precisely on this day or Monday (6/29), Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama is entering the age of 49th birthday. There is no special expectation from the number one man in the city on his birthday. Even so, he is grateful that still given health at his age which almost half of century. 

"There is nothing special, just 2 things I remembered. The first one, I remember to be grateful with age that God gives. But on the other hand, my time in this world deduct for 1 year, that's I remembered. So every time on my birthday, first I thank to God. As God still give me chance to live at this age of 49th," expressed Ahok, at City Hall, Monday (6/29). 

No Parcel For Officials and Civil Servants, Ahok Says

The second one he remembered is his mother's struggle when gave birth to him 49 years ago. Moreover, at that time, the medical world had not developed yet as this time. 

"My mother struggled giving birth to me. Long ago, giving birth was really betting live," he told.

According to Ahok, as the number one person in the city at the age of 49th this year is the best achievement in his life. Thereby, he can help Jakartans to get maximal service. 

"A politician wants to realize social justice for all citizens," stressed the former Regent of East Belitung.
