19 Newcomers Prone Points in S. Jakarta

It has been a tradition that after Eid-ul Fitr, Jakarta will be crowded by newcomers who want to try their fortune in the city. Even in South Jakarta there are 19 points which are being the destinations for newcomers.

Predictably in South Jakarta there are 19 points accommodating many newcomers from outside the city

"Predictably in South Jakarta there are 19 points accommodating many newcomers from outside the city," said Head of South Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Sapto Wibowo, Thursday (7/23).

Whereas, he continued, some points predicted before newcomers coming is also categorized as densely populated area.

70,000 Newcomers Predicted to Crowd Jakarta

"Likewise in Pejaten Timur Pasar Minggu and Kebayoran Lama Sub-District currently the residence is already quite dense. With its high population," he explained.

Therefore, he uttered, his party will hold Binduk Operation simultaneously in five areas.

"The Binduk Operation is more like guidance and prevention towards violating of population administration term. So newcomers are directed for reporting and conducting data collection," he uttered.
