"There was complaint from residents who are afraid as there are many poultry cages, especially doves. So, we conduct the raid here," said Head of Central Jakarta Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-Department, Muljadi, Monday (10/19).
Preventing Bird Flu, 103 Poultries Secured
Beritajakarta.com observation, joint officers from Jakarta Marine, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-Department and Satpol PP found 5 cages containing 24 doves.
"We have repeatedly warned that poultries like chicken, ducks, swan and dove are not allowed to be raised in the middle of residential. It has been stated on Bylaw No. 4/2007, so there is sanction for violating it," he asserted.
The officers immediately destroyed
