SKPD, Socialize Your Activity Through Smart City, Basuki Says

In an effort to save budget, Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama instructed Regional Working Unit (SKPD) to socialize their activity in Smart City system.

“So that, I can perform quick evaluation then. It’s easy actually, just let submit it to smart city,” he said at City Hall, Wednesday (11/25).

Apart from that, Ahok wants to skimp office equipment (ATK) by allocating it Rp 50 – 75 million for each agency. “Maximum budget for ATK procurement Rp 75 million only,” he expressed.

As known, in a bid to review SKPD budget in General Policy of 2016 City Budget (APBD)'s priorities and preliminary thresholds (KUA PPAS), since last Wednesday (11/18) he was working over time to review budget proposal from each SKPD.

At least, there are 12 SKPD that budget proposal had been reviewed. They are Tourism and Culture Dept, Education, Park and Cemetery, Cleanliness, Public Housing and Government’s Building, Communication Informatics and Public Relation, Industry and Energy, Bina Marga, Water Management, Transportation Dept, Fire and Rescue Handling Dept and Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Agency (BTSP).
