UK Ready to Help Designing Velodrome Building

Moazzam Malik, British Ambassador, visited Jakarta Governor Basuki T. Purnama, Monday (12/7). His visit was done to discuss about Velodrome building renovation. The location will be used as 2018 Asian Games venue.

It is hoped the tender can be run January. Hopefully won't late

Malik suggested to open the tender in January 2016. His side is ready to assist the building design. "It is hoped the tender can be run January. Hopefully won't late," he said, Monday (12/7).

Several England-based companies are also ready to participate in tender. The companies have experience in building the sport venues. "Mostly the companies have their office in Jakarta," he added.

Djarot Wants Rawamangun Velodrome to Be Built Better Than Turkmenistan

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, stated that he allows the companies to participate in tender. The winner is still decided through the existing procedure.

"We welcomed the companies to participate," he stated.
