Cempaka Putih Guardrail Heavily Damaged

Due to minimum treatment from related institution and ignorant act of some residents, the river guardrail condition on Jalan Cempaka Putih 33, Urban Village of Cempaka Putih Timur, Central Jakarta, is broken. The 200 meters long guardrail with 5 meters wide needs immediate repair to not endangered drivers.
Based on beritajakarta.com observation, beside of many porous steel, many of the guardrail are missing stolen by the residents. Besides that, the color of the guardrail seems faded.
Deden (40), a local security officer said that the guardrail has damaged since long time ago. But unluckily, there is no sign about the repair.
