Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama asks tenaga ahli (educated worker) under Jakarta Provincial Government to work in accordance with its skill. Salary that is given must also be adapted to their competence.

"Tenaga ahli salary structure must be clear. Don't you pay Rp 18 million per month, to those who only work scan documents," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (3/28).

He furthered, along two years he leads Jakarta, he eliminates many tenaga ahli profession because of the mismatch between responsibilities with salary.

To pay them, his party has allocated Rp 600 billion each year.

"It must also be audited. We want to do sweeping. I don't want to spend a lot of money for useless thing," he uttered.
