Regent of Serbu Islands, Budi Utomo is scheduled to evaluate the headmen performance once every six months. Evaluation itself is seen from the speed and accuracy of the headmen in resolving problems.

"We'll do social mapping to our headmen. How long they can resolve the problem of targets. Because we just do rotation for headmen in six urban villages," he said, during a coordination meeting at the office of Seribu Islands Regency in Pramuka Island, Monday (6/27).

He explained, it is a work contract that must be settled them as work programs in their respective territories.

"It will be done once a month. Regarding the performance, it will be evaluated once every six months and can directly be recommended in accordance with its achievement. Can be mutated, replaced and so on," he finished.
