According to Christianto, Head of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., the garage construction rule is already listed in Bylaw No. 5/2014 on Transportation.

According to him, the roadside is not used as a parking lot, except it has been accompanied by a parking mark or a sign mark that stating the place is allowed to park the vehicle.
