West Jakarta Administration once again held Ayo Menabung dengan Sampah (let's save with garbage) program to the citizens in West Jakarta.

West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi stated that it was socialized in schools with the aim of educating students about garbage management.

"Through this program, students are taught processing through sorting inorganic garbage that has economic value," he expressed, Tuesday (10/23).

It is one of the innovations of the West Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. in collaboration with one of the national banks in an effort to reduce garbage disposal to the Bantar Gebang landfill.

"Money from the sale of inorganic garbage is included in the student savings book (simple) belonging to students," he stated.

In the meantime, OJK Commissioner Board Member, Titra Segara expressed it is an extraordinary innovation that can be replicated to all schools in the capital. "It has two benefits, namely educating students to save money and preserve the environment," he uttered.
