COVID-19 Response Team Provides Information Channel Site of City Services

Jakarta Provincial Government via COVID-19 Response Team provides additional information channel sites for Jakartans who want to access information related to Jakarta Government's services which are not informed at Health Ministry's site.

"People can visit our website at corona.jakarta.go.id to access documents related to Governor Instruction, Departments' circulation letters, press release, infographics that contain of Jakarta Government's services, as well as complete information about COVID-19, information about people under monitoring, services, and Jakarta Government's acts in responding COVID-19," stated Atika Nur Rahmania, Head of Jakarta Communication, Information, and Statistic Department through daily media update at Balairung, City Hall, on Friday (3/6) as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

Regarding data related to COVID-19 outbreak status, COVID-19 Response Team only relays official data from Health Ministry and also data from Health Department that have been verified and reported to Health Ministry (related to supervision and monitoring data).

Health Department Issues Circular Letter Regarding Precautions for COVID-19

"Regarding COVID-19 outbreak, if there are positive cases and death, we will inform the official data which announced by Health Department and have been verified by Health Ministry," she explained.

Meanwhile, COVID-19 Response Team Post Coordinator, Ani Ruspitawati informed, until today, her side has served total 2,774 people who ask information via Whatsapp, SMS, and telephone.

She continued, as many as 267 people were monitored. It consists of 127 people who are being monitored and 140 people who have been fully monitored. For the number of patients under supervision, there are 83 people; 49 people are still being treated at the hospital and 34 people have gone home treatment; and 153 people have accessed Call Center 112.

COVID-19 Response Team also collaborates with other sides including college students by installing X Banners in several spots that contain COVID-19 information. Those banners are installed in five municipalities:
