The I Gusti Ngurah Rai regular lanes, which was closed during development of a connecting channel (phb) and a crossing will be re-opened at 9 PM, on Friday (7/1) tonight.

For driver safety, dozens of joint officers since evening have been cleaning road from mud and garbage left over from development work at the location.
East Jakarta Economic and Development Assistant, Kusmanto expressed, those joint officers were from Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency, Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency, Environment Sub-agency, Satpol PP and PPSU. There were also two fire trucks, three sweeper cars and one jetting combi.

According to him, cleaning was focused on the road from Jatinegara to Bekasi. Besides being sprayed, debris left over from this connecting channel project was also cleaned up, including wild plants, such as grass and weeds that are on sidewalks and median roads cleaned by PPSU.
He was optimistic that development work was targeted to be complete on Tuesday (1/11), including repairs to sidewalk on the north side of the road.
Drainage Development and Improvement Division Head, Tengku Saugi Zikri added, along with reopening of regular lanes, Kampung Sumur Transjakarta route and bus stop could not be used temporarily until Tuesday (1/11) afternoon next week.
"Transjakarta fleet will use the regular lanes temporarily. Buaran Transjakarta bus stop will operate as usual, no changes," he stated.
