Ragunan Zoo: No Odd-even System on Weekends

The Regunan Zoo (TMR) Management Unit, South Jakarta will not apply the odd-even system for visitors who ride motorbikes this weekend.

They are required to scan barcodes via PeduliLindungi mobile application

"Don't worry, no odd-even for motorbikes tomorrow," expressed TMR Technical Unit Head, Endah Rumiyati, Friday (2/18).

According to her, it was according to Governor's Decree number 133/2022 on the Implementation of PPKM Level 3.

"We ensure it won't cause a crowd at the entrance," she said.

She continued that visitor capacity would be limited to only 50 percent. Before visiting, every visitor should buy tickets online first.

"If it exceeds the specified 50 percent capacity, the ticket booking application will automatically close," she stressed.

She added they were also required to implement strict health protocols such as wearing masks and social distancing to avoid crowds.

"They are required to scan barcodes via PeduliLindungi mobile application for digital contact tracing and take body temperature measurements to stop the spread of Covid-19 in Jakarta," she said.
