Perumda PAM Jaya with Palyja and Aetra signed a joint agreement on the transfer of aspects of Human Resources (HR) in the transition period towards the end of cooperation between the parties on January 31, 2023.

The agreement was made to ensure the transition period does not interfere with water service operations in Jakarta.
Perumda PAM President Director, Arief Nasrudin said that his party would recruit Palyja and Aetra employees following the provisions, as well as transfer other matters related to HR.

He hoped that the agreement could maintain a controlled, safe, conducive work atmosphere, and most importantly maintain service to customers. Both partners agreed to continuously take into account the rights of the employees of the two partners before being transferred to PAM Jaya.
It would also include knowledge transfer in relation to HR aspects, due diligence and other studies related to HR. It includes mapping and understanding the HR aspects of partners, as well as identifying partner information and documents related to HR.
