"Through this opportunity, I advise all of us to ensure that the implementation of public services must be orderly, fast, and easy, including free from illegal levies in every public service. We have to create innovations, find new ones that have a direct impact on improving public services, and get ready to create a world-class, responsive, and responsive bureaucracy to the evolving global dynamics," expressed City Secretary, Marullah Matali, when delivering a speech.

During basic training, he stated, they were taught to become strong and competent individuals with the character of serving the community sincerely and always prioritizing the interests of the nation and state.

Moreover, the oath taking was done by referring to Government Regulation No. 11/2017 on Management of Civil Servants as amended by Government Regulation No. 17/2020.
