E-Budgeting Can Save Budget by Rp 5.3 Trillion, Ahok Says

E-budgeting system that has been applied by the city administration on the use of the 2015 budget has begun to make significant progress. Evidently, the system is able to save the budget up to Rp 5.3 trillion.

Yesterday, we received Rp 4.3 trillion from unruly officials who want to play with our money. Similar thing was also detected last night, which was Rp 1 trillion. So, we save Rp 5.3 trillion from e-budgeting system

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama disclosed the e-budgeting system can save inefficient budget and only remove budget in vain.

"In the system, socialization word cannot be included, likewise with procurement of paper shredder and banknote counting machine. When the data is processed by a computer, the system will reject," he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (2/2).

E-Budgeting, City`s Way Preventing Stealth Budget

Using e-budgeting, he furthered, the inefficient budget will be eliminated automatically. As a result, the 2015 City Budget (APBD) that has been ratified by DPRD a few days ago can save a lot of budgets.

"Yesterday, we received Rp 4.3 trillion from unruly officials who want to play with our money. Similar thing was also detected last night, which was Rp 1 trillion. So, we save Rp 5.3 trillion from e-budgeting system," explained Ahok.
