The Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya has started the construction of affordable housing at the Ayasa Nuansa Cilangkap Tower on Jalan Cilangkap Raya, East Jakarta.

The ceremonial procession for the Ayasa Tower construction was carried out by pressing the siren button by City Secretary, Joko Agus Setyono accompanied by Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Agus Himawan and several officials.

City Secretary, Joko Agus Setyono expressed according to BPS, Jakarta's current population has reached 11.4 million people.

"It is our duty to think about and provide solutions for people living in livable locations," he expressed, Thursday (5/25).

He explained the affordable housing program without down payment is Jakarta Provincial Government's commitment to help residents have decent and comfortable housing.

"I believe the Ayasa Tower construction in Nuansa Cilangkap will complete the housing backlog in 2045," he explained.

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Agus Himawan said that the affordable housing of Menara Ayasa, which is in Nuansa Cilangkap area is built on a 2.9-hectare land area with a building area of around 2 hectares.

"This tower will consist of 24 layers with 415 units and has a two-room residential type," he explained.

He explained the Menara Ayasa Nuansa Cilangkap was an initiative by Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya to continuously support the development of decent and affordable housing in Jakarta after successfully targeting Low-Income Communities (MBR) in the previous affordable housing development.

"Through thr groundbreaking for Ayasa Nuansa Cilangkap Tower, we are taking a new step in providing affordable housing options for Jakartans," he explained.

He uttered Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya was actively conducting outreach and collaborating with several government institutions, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH), and Perum Perumnas.

"We do this, thus we can continue to increase the reach of prospective occupants among BUMD, BUMN, and ASN who are domiciled in Jakarta who do not yet have housing and they will be processed according to the provisions," he asserted.

Menara Ayasa is present to provide comfort and happiness for its residents. This tower also offers easy access to business centers, offices, educational centers, and transportation facilities. With its strategic location, residents can feel the comfort of living in a friendly and developing environment.

"Hopefully, this construction can be a solution for residents who do not yet have comfortable and affordable housing in Jakarta," he added.

As for the information, the Ayasa Tower construction is the second tower in Nuansa Cilangkap area. The Ayasa Nuansa Cilangkap Tower will also be completed with integrated microtrans bus stops, green open spaces, community halls, elevators, parking lots, and health clinics.

Last year, Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya succeeded in inaugurating 1,348 residential units in East Jakarta.
