2,161 Tourists Enjoy Idul Adha Holidays at Monas

Thousands of tourists are recorded as visiting the tourist area of Monas, Gambir, Central Jakarta on the last day of the Idul Adha 1444 Hijri holiday.

This number is predicted to continuously increase until this afternoon

Monas Technical Executing Unit Head, Muhammad Isa Sarnuri said, until 11.30 AM, the number of visitors recorded had touched 2,161 people. 57 of them were foreign tourists

"This number is predicted to continuously increase until this afternoon," he said, Friday (6/30).

Idul Adha Holidays, 24,662 Visitors Flock to Ragunan Zoo

On Thursday (6/26), the number of visitors to Monas touched 19,835 people with 192 foreign tourists.

In this long holiday season, there are no special events held at Monas. It is because currently his party is focusing on preparing events to welcome the Independence Day.

"No special events. The Monas area remains open from 6 AM - 4 PM. While the Monas Monument is open from 8 AM - 4 PM," he stated.

As for the information, entrance tickets to Monas can only be obtained using a JakCard or similar card issued by Bank DKI. Ticket rates are charged to enter Monas Top by Rp 4,000 (children), Rp 8.000 (students), and Rp 15,000 (adults).

Then ticket prices for the Monas Museum are Ro 2,000 (children), Ro 3,000 (students) and Rp 5,000 (adults).

Travelers who do not have a JakCard can buy it at the Monas counter for R0 45.000 for the card and initial balance.
