).Six categories are being contested, namely Public Communication Campaigns, Press Releases, Social Media, Internal Media, Websites, and Audio Visual.
City Receives Award for Facilitation of MSME Brand Registration AchievementThis year, the Jakarta Communication, Informatic, and Statistic Agency (Diskominfotik) won 1st Best in the Public Communication Campaign category, 2nd Best in the Social Media category, 1st Best in the Internal Media category, 2nd Best in the Press Release category, 1st Best in the Website category, 2nd Best in the Audio Visual category, and General Champion for winning these categories.
Jakarta Diskomintoftik Acting Head, Sigit Wijatmoko was grateful to the public relations staff under the Jakarta Government. He assessed, this award is a motivation to work optimally in providing more optimal information services to the community.
"Alhamdulillah (Thank God), the Jakarta Government was able to maintain its General Champion position three times in a row in this prestigious public relations event. Thank you for the extraordinary direction, guidance, and support of the Acting Governor to the Public Relations Team in the Public Relations Media Award 2023," he expressed, in the Jakarta Government's press release, Wednesday (11/1).
In the future, he hoped that the Jakarta Government would continue to ensure that the information content delivered is useful and easily accessible to the public through the channels we have on social media and the website. Then the synergy with press partners will keep being tightened, thus information can be conveyed in many channels to the public.
"Besides conveying information, we'll continue to listen and serve the public's aspirations optimally. This award encourages our enthusiasm to consistently provide better information and communication services in the future," he added.
Communications and Information Ministry Director General of Information and Public Communication, Usman Kansong revealed the presence of AMH could be an opportunity for government public relations to reflect and measure themselves, a momentum to assess the capabilities and quality of work that had been produced within one year.
"Hopefully, the equal distribution of improvements in the quality of public relations can be realized, thus golden works of public relations can be produced by as many government agencies as possible throughout Indonesia. Because the good image of the government and the country is in the hands of government public relations," he stated.
As for the information, each category is assessed by judges who are experts in their fields, namely LPPSP FISIP UI Head, Ummi Salamah as a judge for the Public Communication Campaign; Indonesian Media Reporting Director, Ade Alawi as judge of Press Releases (Online Media); Social Media Practitioner, Wicaksono ‘Ndoro Kakung’ as Social Media judges; Social Media Practitioners as Social Media judges Judge Chief Editor, Maria Y. Benyamin; Bisnis Indonesia Chief Editor, Maria Y. Benyamin as Internal Media Publishing Judge; RTV Chief Editor, Yulia Supadmo as Audiovisual Media Judge; and Katadata Chief Editor, Yura Syahrul as the Website judge.
