Those joint personnel were from the city government, urban villages, sub-districts, East Jakarta Metro Police, Kodim 0505/East Jakarta, Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Water Resources Sub-agency, Bina Margs Sub-agency, Transportation Sub-agency, Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency, FKDM, PPSU, and other related units.
East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar said this joint personnel preparedness is a form of good synergy among Forkompimko ranks in anticipating disasters and disturbances in security and order.

Then the Water Resources Sub-agency, Bina Marga, sub-district, and urban village heads and other technical units, to carry out maintenance and cleaning of drainage, water pumps, water channels, and water lines.
"This aims to prevent flooding," he asserted.
Then the sub-district and urban village heads should invite PPSU, RT/RW, LMK, FKDM, volunteers, and mass organizations in their respective areas to be involved in disaster management and be active and continue to provide basic disaster evacuation training.
"They have to cooperate with the related OPD," he expressed.
The next point was for the Transportation Sub-agency to coordinate with the police to inventory points prone to traffic jams and deploy personnel, to reduce traffic jams.
Next was the People's Welfare section, sub-district and urban village heads together with related parties to carry out mobile patrols to residents' homes during Christmas and New Year celebrations, to ensure regional security.
He also instructed personnel to guard and monitor locations prone to brawls.
Then the sub-district and urban village heads should coordinate with elements of the army (TNI) and police to hold joint pickets during Christmas and New Year, to create a sense of security and conduciveness for the people celebrating Christmas.
"We also urge all parties to be alert to the increase in Covid-19 cases again," he stated.
